Widgetbucks, A Better Alternative to Adsense?

I have tried running Widgetbucks on several site and I must say that I’m quite impressed with their CPC rates (cost-per-click). The initial CPC rate I got was better than that of adsense (disclosure of click through rates, CPCs and other statistics are prohibited by Widgetbucks terms and conditions). However there has been some speculations that Widgetbucks may not be able to sustain this very aggressive rates and they would have to adjust rates sooner or later much like what happened to Chitika.

Could this be the adsense alternative that webmasters have been looking for?

Although Widgetbucks focus mainly on selling products as compared to adsense that has a very diverse advertiser niche pool, it all boils down to which set of ads earns more per advertising spot on your site. Moreover Widgetbucks and Adsense can be run on the same page!
