Get your Western Union Payout in US Dollars.

If you want to get your Adsense earnings in US Dollars, try to scout for bigger Western Union branches or best bet is go to any BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) branch that has the “Western Union Money Transfer” logo.

I have experienced cashing out several remittances from a small pawnshop-western-union hybrid branches and it sucks to know that they only payout in Philippine peso and their Forex rate is quite low.

Getting payouts in US dollars has some advantages:

1. you can avoid/minimize currency adjustments on your online dollar purchases
2. you can save the green bucks until Forex rates are favorable (buy low – sell high)
3. banking your dollars is good for the economy
4. dollar savings have higher interest rates.

Thus, I always prefer to cash out my earnings in green bucks so I’ll have more flexibility and value for my online earnings.
